Service Engineer (m/f/d)
Your main responsibility will be to provide customer service and to participate in projects implementations. This position entails frequent visits to customer facilities around the Netherlands and Belgium and occasional international travelling for training and project purposes.
The main responsibilities include maintenance, repair, support and optimization of AUT products and documenting these in relevant reporting tools.
Furthermore, your responsibilities contain:
- Performing DNA application and system changes for extensions, upgrades and/or replacement
- DNA maintenance; preventive, patch installation, system audit or corrective action in relation to a problem or malfunction
- Customer Training
- Technical contact for the customer
- The Service will be performed remote or at the customer facilities, including on call services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree or related educational background with strong knowledge in process control systems
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- German language is a plus
- Relevant working experience in a Service role
- Knowledge of process control systems, DCS or PLC is desirable
- Team building spirit, independence and discipline to organize own work
- Passion for serving our customers and flexibility in relation to a multitask role
- Good communication skills and ability to make decisions in challenging situations
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
